I didn't go to the gym, after all, but I did go for a walk. There's a walking/biking path that runs along the Hocking River. Despite the many, many bugs, I enjoyed it. The trees are changing - Mom used to say hillsides look like bowls of Trix - and I saw geese, cute children, and groundhogs.
Walking has always made me feel better. After a few minutes any worries or anxieties I have fade and my mind wanders. Hopefully my immune system appreciates the stress relief and will start getting to work on my cold.
