Option #1: Restrict my eating, exercise daily, and be thin.
Option #2: Eat what I want, exercise most days, and be ... smooshy.
If you've never had an eating disorder, the choice seems obvious. If you are all-too familiar with the unrelenting downpour of crazy that is an eating disorder, you probably have an inkling of what's happening in my head.
I miss my boyfriend. It's not related to the above at all, it's just another thing.

I am sure your definition of "smooshy" is skewed as a result of your previously stated Eating Disordered thinking.I bet you are not smooshy at all.
I have to echo Caitlin, I would say that smooshy is a subjective term, and the hard fact is that we all need some smoosh to be healthy, it's normal and it is OK. So if you replace "smooshy" with "healthy", option 2 looks pretty damn good to me...
I know it's much easier said than done, I feel you on this, just hang in there and treat yourself kindly.
