Jim Borgman has been a political cartoonist for the Cincinnati Enquirer for as long as I can remember. He's something of a legend to Cincinnatians, much like Graeter's ice cream. I'm definitely going to miss his work.

I was so sad when Mom told me he was retiring! He was the reason I started reading the editorials in the paper--at first I would just flip there to see his cartoon, and then I actually started checking out the rest of the Opinion section.
Also, if I actually make it to heaven and the gatekeeper doesn't look like Borgman's St. Peter, I will be thoroughly confused.
I second that, and if God doesn't look like Dan Rather I'm outta there.
